EXHIBITION I INTERMEZZO I 11.04.2025 - 27.04.2025
Peggy Pehl sees herself as an all-rounder who moves in different media and continuously brings her art into a dialog with the space. Her works deal with themes such as identity and the human experience, with a particular focus on the fragility of memory and constant change. She often mixes contemporary and historical elements, giving her works a special quality that transcends time. Her installations are highly narrative, immersive, often site-specific and transform the exhibition space itself into an integral part of the artwork. Her works challenge existing perceptions and invite a critical dialog that goes beyond personal narratives to address broader social issues.
She studied in Leipzig (HGB), Vancouver (Emily Carr) and Athens (Athens School of Fine Arts). Currently she lives with her family between Paris and Berlin.
