A GRID can be a classification system, a pattern, a filter or a way to process data. Repetition, structure, routine and integration play an important role.

So what is a SOFT grid?

It is a grid that gives away when touched; built to be changed and deformed whilst not completely loosing its original shape.

The exhibition brings 6 artists together, which bend grids conceptionally, experimentally and poetically. Their works are united by an analytical approach which archives and fragments in order to find a new composition.
