Shipping

Shipping of our products is not automatic and is carried out only after an individual assessment.
After your request, we check:

-whether the item can be shipped due to its size, weight, or fragility,
-whether shipping to your destination country is possible, and
-whether adequate insurance coverage can be provided.

Once these points are clarified, we will inform you by email about the available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery time.
Shipping will only take place after your confirmation.

Returns

As many of our products are individually assessed and, in some cases, specially prepared for shipping, returns are generally excluded, unless otherwise agreed.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email and include photos of both the packaging and the product.
We will review the damage together with the shipping provider and the insurance company.
Further details regarding returns or special cases will be handled individually via email.
